Dynamic torch lighting sometimes appear even if disabled #42

Title. The "Dynamic Lighting" option doesn't seem to fully disable lighting from torches held in your hand, causing lighting bucks, especiall when placing torches.

Adding won't fix to this issue for now as Dynamic Lighting will not be worked on anytime soon.
