Clean up CSS classes #2

The CSS classes in older file pages needs to be cleaned up to conform to the new simplified class system. Old classes will need to be deleted.

Boilerplate template will also need to be updated.

Lower the amount of colors used. Current ideal pallet is CSS colors Crimson, Indigo, Azure, LimonChiffon, Aqua, and LightCoral.
