Clean up and structure files and folders #3

Files and folders need to be structured. Go ahead and create the folder structure for future lesson sections. Images may also need to be restructured.

Make sure the hyperlink locations line up with new file locations. Links to other pages and to the style.css file will need to be corrected if they are moved.

Each Lesson now has it's own folder within it's own Course folder. Still needs a little cleaning up for ease of navigation, but it's pretty ok for now. This is something that might want to be visited again in the future.
