Maybe the cause lies in the HD textures package? ( Unreal-HD-Textures-UTX-3.5-LE )
I may have an idea but doubt this is HD Texture related :), will check.
XOpenGL had a major overhaul, if still existing reopen.
It seems ONLY the 32 bit exe is affected (Radeon RX 570 - 22.11.1)
