First of all, I don't know if this is the right place to report this, anyway I'm reporting it here because I couldn't find the "OldUnreal patches" repository.
Well, getting straight to the point, the bug in question is a softlock that occurs in this part:
After killing everyone in the room, the gate was supposed to open automatically, what happens is that it doesn't open at all, so the only way to get past this part is to use the "Ghost" trick. I don't know if this softlock will have an impact in any way in the future, anyway, so far this was the only bug found in the aforementioned patch.
For the record, I'm on Windows 7 64-bit using the OpenGL renderer along with OpenAL, and the game version is GOG. And I'm playing the base game, I haven't tried the expansion yet.
