UnrealEd227 crashes with Texture error #370

UnrealEd436, UnrealEd469 and UnrealEd227i opens this texture package, UnrealEd227k crashes. (Texture 2007 from mod Marathon Resurrection) As far as I can see, source texture of wet texture has dds compression - maybe that's the problem

Paritally fixed in Update 227k_12 (2024-08-28): UnrealEd not crashes, but texture does not displayed with OpenGl renderer.

In Software and xOpenGL renderer all ok. Fix1 Fix2
