[469c] Video capture via OBS not working #1212

Whenever I start the game, OBS seems to be unable to detect it properly. I'm unable to record anything while in the game itself. I can record while tabbed out of the game, but it only records audio instead of video and audio.

I have attempted to record a video with the following video drivers:

All of them have failed.

This has been tested on a completely fresh install of UT99 GOTY GoG edition with v469c. As in, I installed UT99 GOTY, then installed 469c and the WinDrv.dll fix before running the game for the first time.

OBS does work with 469b.

EDIT: I'm using the 64-bit version of OBS 29.0.2.

I've attached both my UnrealTournament and User ini files in txt format in case they might help. UnrealTournament.txt User.txt

Just did a quick test with OBS 27.1.3 (64 bit) + v469d4 + D3D9, no any issues, all works fine.

(No time to test it with v469c now, later...)

I'm having problems with windows 11 and obs and ut , the keys to record are not working .... 469c path

No such issues here. Are you using Window Capture or Display Capture in OBS? If you're playing in fullscreen mode, you have to use Display Capture

Slightly related - I'm using Streamlabs OBS that I had set up awhile back and had to set up a setting so it can detect the game.

So far it does well with XOpenGL + Cluster Audio, windowed and full screen mode (toggle too) on my end.
