[469d] Crash - ThisActor->IsValid() - on Beta 11 during map vote time #1402

Server crash during mapvote active on endgame when banned player tries to login. Server wasnt responding anymore then restarted.

I will try reproducing this issue with and without heavy mods active.

My latest issue UWindow crash - also has problems with Player.Destroy() on client. Maybe this is related

This should be fixed in the next RC
