[469d] OpenGL - HD textures not rendering properly on maps #1541

When using the OpenGL renderer in 469d with HD (or higher quality) textures, all maps appear dark. Surfaces that should have a texture on will just render as black surfaces.

AMD video? For me on Nvidia it work fine: Shot01104 Shot01103

Also use Nvidia. Let me know what details need to be posted if necessary. OpenGL worked really well in 469c.

Need spec of your hardware + config for render from UnrealTournament.ini.
