Not sure if it's a UT problem or Discord problem.

Need clear steps for reproduce, And clear description what actually happen. And what expected.

you can enable Discord overlay through settings icon;

this shows discord in game.. now if you start in fullscreen the discord app works fine. now alt-tab and the overlay no longer works unless you restart UT
