typing in console and using grapple gun types ` symbol #1654

i think its a know bug in Eatsleeputserver experienced by other people is the first time after respawning the grapple gun does not work for the first 1 or 2 seconds, so if you are a fast player its very frustrating. i was thinking maybe its related to another bug that is if i want to type something in console there always is this ` symbol and i first have to press backspace to enter commands because it will not be recognized. well maybe they are not related problem actually but they are both equally annoying :)

Please not put all world problems into one issue. Grapple hook is mod problem, and not related to patches.

About console - what your setup for open console? How you open it? Also tilde and backtick is same key. So possible you use laptop keyboard with fn key? Maybe it trigger both symbols? What is your console key in game settings?
