Maybe a collision problem? With UT-469e Oct 18 Preview it works as expected as far as I can see. Before the animation you are teleported into that dark cube and after the animation the other teleporter is activated and teleports you back.

I don't have a preview of 469e, but in 469b-469c-469d it seems like the second teleporter doesn't work. However it works in 436, 451, 469a.
Using the clean installation of UT + patch 469d, original ONP 1.30, oldskool amp'd 2.39. Also tried patched oldskool for 469 (https://github.com/OldUnreal/oldskool)
When jumping over a ditch to the first developer photo, after the animation plays, the player is teleported to some dark place. You can see it here: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/cb32166b-b0f0-41de-b9a6-b2e4b2d28365
However, when using original 436, it works fine.
