Opening Moves

I can never get the PC to make the first move. The gears in the top right just spin and spin and I have to use the task manager to end the process. I can start the game but not the AI.

Odd, I've never seen this. What skill level and are you "Black/White" or "Red/Blue" so I can test this out.

Thanks for following up.

I have always tried to be black in the dungeon or the throne room. Once in a while it will make a first move, then lockup, but usually it just spins the gears in the top left until you end the task.

Trying to duplicate, but not succeed with the current build (6904), so it's possible it's been fixed. I'll make a note for this to be tested after the game is pushed up to steam.

Same here with 6614. Problem only occurs with the character-pieces. Traditional ones work fine.
