Fix passing path to ll on cli #46

After merging a PR which replaces docopt with cligen, calling ll with a path parameter failed. For example, ll ~. This would simply return the usage text.

Changes

fix issue where passing positional arg to ll would only display usage
update readme and instructions
reintroduce -h as a short-arg for --human
