Multiline Copy Paste Sometimes Pastes Only First Line

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect to same server twice.
2. copy multiple lines of text in 1 tab
3. try to paste text into text editor (vim, nano, etc.) on second tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All lines should be pasted. Instead only the first line is pasted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
beta .3 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Pasting into windows notepad pastes the full clipboard. And if i use windows 
notepad as the source of the copy, it will paste the full content (with line 
breaks in vim, without line breaks in nano)

I have also faced this annoying issue.

Since this is troubling you as well, I have fixed it.
Committed the changes. Next beta release should have it.
