KNX documentation error #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://code.google.com/p/openhab/wiki/KNXBinding
2. Read paragraph: "... and 0/3/22 is the GA to be used for percentage values. 
All percentage values coming from KNX on 0/3/22 and 0/8/15 will in turn update 
the dimmer status."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The test should read: "... and 1/3/22 is the GA to be used for percentage 
values. All percentage values coming from KNX on 0/3/22 and 0/8/15 will in turn 
update the dimmer status."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
