KNX dpt 12.001 and 13.001

I wish support for the DPT 12.001 and 13.001 (4 octet signed/unsigned long 
values) used by my pulse counters (water, gas).

12.001 and 13.001 will be available with 1.2 (14.th April) or in the current 
Snapshot builds. Did you try them and it doesn't work?

Apologies, I thought I'd tried but I had forgotten [%d] in the item to print 
out the value..

Now when correcting my code it seems to work. Great, and thanks! This issue can

Yes, it meets my requirements very well so far. I think openhab is just
