Thanks Thina. We'll integrate the changes you've made into the migration script and deploy everything to the current live website. We can do this because we will keep all this new work separate and not visible to the public. You will then be able to use your current logins to access the backend and make notes on help text etc. We'll let you know when ready to check within the next week :)

I've attached the spreadsheet for you to look over. Here are some notes on columns we've worked on:

We focused mainly on CCAC#, Artist, Contributor, title, location and date columns.

• We added a series-type column with one example of each series filled in.
• Under 'Type", we've removed carpet and changed it to textile. Please update the data on your side.
• We've added measurements of 3D works by industry standards; although we have not added all the dimensions, but have examples of some sculptures/objects measured in units of HxWxD. I've added helper text in this column.
• We've added the duration of video artwork in seconds.
• We've added 10 examples of artist bios for your reference.

• We've added date Known columns in the artist sheet.

  Please let us know when you'd like to meet again. We'll have worked on more data.

Quick update: We have been working on the spreadsheet as a whole and will have the primary metadata on the artwork sheet ready to send to you by tomorrow morning.

We'll continue working on the rest of the columns after that.

Francois has been working on the 1-pager you've requested for all the reports we'd like to extract from the CMS. Please give us the backend login details to write out the 1-pager to expand our 'helper text' further, as promised.
