Request for add timezone. #15

Hello @AlexDid, This package is very nice, it saves lots of money that we are giving to third-party services. I have one request for you that if possible please add timezone so we can save one more third-party service to pay money.

What if the country has more than one timezone?

I think it would be nice an add a timezone, but I don't see how it should actually work. @jjjrmy has a point that some countries have multiple timezones.

Do you have any suggestions?
