Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open BlynkConsole platform.
  2. Click on the ''Ruly Engine' button
  3. Pay attention to the 'You don't have permissions to view rules. Contact administrator for details' error.

Actual result: 'You don't have permissions to view rules. Contact administrator for details' error is displayed in the page after clicking 'Ruly Engine' button

Expected result: 'Ruly Engine' page is displayed in the page after clicking 'Ruly Engine' button

Platform: Mozilla Firefox 103.0.1 OS: Windows 7x64
