Feature Request : Add custom sensor on the card #77

Hello, first of all, thanks for the effort, it's a great card and i loved it since i saw it. I don't know if it is possible at all, but i would like to add a custom sensor to the card. Ex. I have a virtual sensor that measures the VPD of the plant, and also i have a sensor that measures the temperature of the soil. It would be great to add to the current card those sensors, or any other one by making it customizable. Thanks in advance
