Added BMV-712 Smart current packet #1

Added support for the 712 smart current sensor and added some useful debug logs. Also removed standard libraries from requirements.txt and added a gitignore

I'll be trying to add some more support for the BMV-712 Smart and the SmartSolar 100/30
