Strange quirk of Express #9

Express seems to carry a strange quirk in the fact that specifying a CSS file using the header with the 'rel="stylesheet"' attribute that causes for the CSS downloading to fail. The only way to resolve this (from what I've discovered) is to remove this attribute. This is documented in this StackOverflow issue I found: StackOverflow.
