Physics is currently determined by FPS #32

The physics in this, particularly surfing, seems to be determined by FPS. I was having troubles attempting to surf when I could previously surf, and it turns out the problem was that I had vSync off, causing my FPS to go to around 600-700. Turning vSync back on, it completely fixed itself, with surfing now working fine at 120 FPS.
