Crouching mechanics (i think) work incorrectly #8

I was looking through the SurfController, and I think the crouching isn't set up correctly. If you start crouching during a hop, and stop, you will stay crouched until you stop hopping.

Also, if we are replicating CSGO, the base crouch speed is a little high.

Lastly, if you have high speed and crouch without jumping, it stops your movement in CS.
