Reason for Change:
To avoid misunderstanding, to combine bttns and actions in an one window
Acceptance Criteria2. After clicking on the "Delete" button the System shows a dialogue window with the follow text and bttns: Your comment will be deleted. Do you want to continue? " Buttons "YES," and "No" should be displayed.
3. If the user clicks “No” button, then the System closes a dialogue window without deleting a chosen comment.
4. If the user clicks “YES” button, then the System deletes the chosen comment from the database, close a dialogue window and shows to an User refreshed comments' tree without deleted comment.
