Tagging in comments. #188

As an Authorized User, I want to tag another user in the comments to mention.

Assumptions & Constraints Only authorized user could be tagged by another user in the comments.

Preconditions User should be logged in for tagging another user.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Authorized User should able to tag another Authorized User by writing special characters @ or # and full name / nickname of another Authorized User in the textbox. For example, • @Ivan_Krut • # Ivan_Krut • @Vanno13 • # Vanno13

  2. When the User writes special characters @ or # the system should propose to write a nickname / full name of another Authorized User. The proposal can be displayed as a tooltip.

  3. When a user is mentioned, they will receive a notification.

  4. When User click on the notification with the comment in which he/she was mentioned, the User is redirected to page with this comment.
