As a User, I want to see a page "About us", so I can get information on how GreenCity can help me.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. "Start forming a habit" button leads to:
  2. Link "Find eco places" leads to "Map" tab
  3. Link "Go to Tips & Tricks" leads to "Tips & Tricks" tab
  4. Link "Find like-minded people" leads to empty page, since we do not have that section yet.
  5. Link "Get inspired with stories" might lead to "Blog", which will be developed later, currently it leads to empty page.

Assumptions and constraints:

  1. Header as in this story #59 with tab names as mentioned in enhancement #60
  2. Footer as in story #65
  3. Buttons updated according to https://github.com/ita-social-projects/GreenCity/issues/496
