As a user I want to delete a notification so that I can keep only relevant notifications

Preconditions

User has got at least on notification

Acceptance Criteria

When user views the All notifications page, he should see the Delete button (?) near to each notification record
When user clicks the Delete button, the notification should be removed from the list
- And this notification is no longer displayed on the Notifications popup (called by clicking Notifications icon)
