remove react from dependencies #114

Have you had a chance to use this version against an existing project that depends on RFD?

@Olical I pretty desperately need 5d058696 released so I've finished the changes and split low priority upgrades to https://github.com/Olical/react-faux-dom/pull/115.

I have pasta so I'm deploying over some parmesan. v4.0.4 in < 5 mins.
