Hi @kathy-nevola. Please take a look at the failing tests for R 4.3.3. I think it is trying to rebuild vignettes and because some of the objects do not exists, it fails. The error message in the CI workflow is rather intuitive.

Since this PR is related to example data, I removed the vignette to avoid conflicts.
