Cleaned some stuff up in tests, did not fix them fully.

Assisted with some of the Compute Engine API that need to be taken care of further.

Fixed compiling errors causes by many tests and some files in src because of adjustments. If any of your tests were touched, its important to look through them cause they may not work exactly as intended before. Commented out the ComputeEngine Integration Test as there were many errors.
