Changes

Colour palette changed
In-game background changed to an image
Note-pad background changed to an image
Icons updated to be final version
Remove corner rounding on most elements
Un-dock the past questions button
Remove the team labels on the board

Fixes:

Correct error where people could get updates about different team/role hands.
