Untyped Item Sheet | General Tab Layout

When viewing the item sheet's "General" tab, I should see:

• Square box of colour as a placeholder for the item image
• An input box for the item's name
• A large textarea filling the rest of the space for the item's description

Out of scope:

• Displaying and editing the data
