• Given I am viewing the General tab, I should see the item's current photo in the location instead of the placeholder color.
• Given I click on the "Change Photo" in the item image context menu, I should have a file picker appear letting me select a new photo
• Given I am a player with view-only access to the item, I should see the "Change Photo" option disabled, or not at all.
• Given I have selected a new photo in the file picker, it should persist closing/opening the item sheet
• Given I have selected a new photo that has transparency in the file picker, there should be a background colour in the transparent areas of the image.
