Embedding entire notes via ![[note]] doesn't work when exporting from markdown

As per the title : I couldn't have the multidocuments export work with the setting "from markdown" activated. I use "from markdown" because when exporting from html, footnotes don't work well.

I can confirm - export from HTML works for embedded notes, but without Pandoc citations, export from Markdown works for citations but not for embeds.

I couldn't make "from HTML" export works (to PDF) embedding sections. It always exports just the text of the links ("![[...]]").

I'm afraid this repo is a little bit dead... I think there is now a community fork somewhere : https://github.com/obsidian-community/obsidian-pandoc/
