Regarding the adjustment of the position and transparency of the mini-map #5

The inability to move the position and transparency of the mini-map on the screen obscured the settings button in the new comfyui interface. Please check and give suggestions. Thanks for your help.

Same here, will disable for now.

I'll try to fix this. 3 questions for clarification:

  1. Are you saying that when you hold ctrl/command it doesn't let you click and drag the minimap?
  2. What browser are you using?
  3. What would be the best default position of the minimap? I'm thinking bottom-right might be best.

  1. Very chaotically. Most times doesn't work.
  2. Latest version of MacOS and Chrome.
  3. The issue is that it starts in the top left area, over the menu. Yes, bottom right would be good as it's empty.

OK, I don't have a menu in my top left like you, must be a mac thing, or a custom node. Either way, I'll switch the default position to the bottom right.

I'm going to have to do some more testing to figure out why ctrl-drag isn't working in chrome. It's an important feature because people have so many customized comfui interfaces. Maybe a simple solution is to add a file where you can set your own position/size values.

The simplest solution is just to keep it on the bottom right at all times. Click to expand / collapse. No shortcuts, just allow users to see where they are by click and drag inside it.

I have a similar experience: my ComfyUI frontend is browsed with Vivaldi on macOS and the CTRL modifier doesn't work reliably. It usually fails at the first attempt and I find myself dragging the whole canvas. I repeat the action and this time it works. The second time it always works. But then, it remains permanently activated: every time I hover on the minimap, the cursor turns into the 4 arrows cross indicating it's ready to perform a move.

Another thing (probably deserving its own Issue): it would be really cool to have a (customizable) shortcut to hide/display the minimap. Sometimes I have to take a screenshot at a certain zoom level and the minimap is in the way.

Regardless: it's a life-changing extension for me as AP Workflow is gigantic and this helps tremendously. Thank you, Oliver!
