Bug in assignment of row and column annotations in heatmap_expression() #8

When using heatmap_expression() on a large scSeq data set (> 40 samples, many categories for colData) a) the column annotations are not assigned properly (many columns have no annotations, clearly no NAs) b) the row annotations are mismatched with breaks

OliverDietrich commented 10 months ago

Major development of heatmap_expression() should have lead to stable behavior.
