Exporting the Sample Collection gives samples at the wrong sample rate #13

The samples within the XM themselves are at the correct rate, however.

Sample collection is deprecated, really - it was only added because XMs didn't have samples at the time. Since each XM has all the samples, it may be easier to use an external program to export the samples from one of the XMs.
