weird command message for set budget #10

Screenshot 2023-04-14 150245.png input: 200000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 (a lot of zeroes) when inputing large values, the command message returned is converted to exponential format (e^xyz). Should either cap limit to digits entered, or reformat the number returned.
