Maximized windows stop taskbar showing and have white line along bottom border. #111

Describe the bug Ater maximizing previously minimized windows (tried with Windows Explorer and Firefox so far) a white line appears at the bottom of the newly maximized window and the taskbar wont show again using the mouse unless I click the start button on my keyboard or I minimize the window again. (it's a bit hard to explain)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a window and maximize it.
  2. Minimize the window
  3. Maximize the window from its icon on the taskbar.
  4. See white line at bottom of screen, taskbar wont show with the mouse as expected.

Expected behavior Taskbar should appear when mouse goes over it

Additional context I use the Translucent Takbar app as well.

May be conflict with Translucent Takbar app. If possible, describe the settings of that software and I'll try to reproduce it.
