Which two applications？Can you describe the steps to reproduce this bug in more detail?

Any two, for me, I had Edge on top and Epic games behind, both maximized it happened also when I used Edge on top and Powerpoint behind.

I just installed these two softwares and tried several times but no bugs were reproduced. Some applications will make the taskbar flash when they receive a message or when a new window is created. At this time, the taskbar will appear from time to time. This should be a bug, and I'm already working on it. I don't know if it's the one you find.
