Hi!

Don't see "Select Picture" and "Reset" buttons in webpart settings:

Same with "Image Color" webpart, in Chrome and IE11 browsers.

Feel free to ping me if You still support these solutions and need more details.

I'm new to this collection of SPFx code... I'm also having the same issue as above on SP2019 on premises. Is this developer still around?

No this project was abandoned 4 years ago. It's better reaching for PnP samples for up to date SPFx development.
