Add an option to build examples #97

There is a hello world project in the get started but I can't find it. So I add it to the examples directory after some modifications.

I extracted the hello world into it's own repo. I think it's a better example as a standalone than integrated inside this repo. https://github.com/OlivierLDff/QaterialHelloWorld I just need to update the doc.
