Support boolean ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption. Otherwise user need to manually do it TestFlight (NO/YES) https://help.apple.com/xcode/mac/current/#/dev0dc15d044 Also support ITSEncryptionExportComplianceCode (If YES) https://developer.apple.com/documentation/bundleresources/information_property_list/itsencryptionexportcompliancecode
