-Added functionality for removing episodes from queue -Left behind some minor remove from outside of queue, just so users can remove episodes that were queued before update -Queue tag no longer applied on adding to queue -Can now add episode to more than one queue -Queuefragment refreshes on remove -Remove is done via context menu to avoid clutter and enable future add ons, press and hold on episode to open context menu

Okay we now have conflicts since we merged my PR. We will fix them asap.

I tried to resolve conflicts on the web editor. I will now make sure that the app builds on my android studio, there seems to be problems.
