Some patterns display only in the FSE #43

Some patterns such as this one bellow, display in the (Full Site) Editor but not when editing a page. Is it just my lack of knowlage, purpose or a bug?

Hey there, I'm seeing that pattern in the page edit view as well. I see it under the Call To Action category.

Hmmm, I had plugins and other themes dissabled, updated to the develop branch and still cannot see them. I tried on fresh new install and it works, so it must be somehow my issue.
