I cant get the newest version to install #3

I have tried doing it with the link and it keeps installing the older version from the old maintainer

need more details, which link? Use this one: https://github.com/OllisGit/OctoPrint-CostEstimation/releases/latest/download/master.zip But first, uninstall the old version.
