Time incorrectly calculated #255

Every once in a while I have files that DLP seems to incorrectly estimate duration. A file I am currently printing shows a duration of 1h 49m in Cura (4.12.1), 1h 20m in OctoPrint (1.7.3), but DLP (1.28.0) shows 12h 36m. I have not seen a pattern for this. I have attached the file that is currently having this issue.
