Temperature offset is not applied when the print is started via a plugin or android app #257

I have print scheduler plugin and when I schedule a print for later, the temperature offset of the selected spool is not applied to the print. Same thing happens when I start the print from octoprint app in android. Temp offset only works when I start the print from browser. I've attached the log, don't know if it'll be useful though.
